Terms and conditions You are booking a writing holidays with Tracy Culleton. Your booking is valid when you have paid a deposit of 150 euros. After submitting this booking form we'll send you a mail with details of how the payment can be made. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than six weeks before the starting date of the writing course. The full course fee is to be paid the latest six weeks before the start date of the writing course. A refund, minus the deposit, is given if you cancel more than two weeks before the start date of the writing course. If you for any reason want to cancel after that you will not receive a refund, but you are able to transfer your place on the course to another person free of charge. The writing holidays includes transport to and from either Kavala or Thessaloniki airport to Villa Kalypso, seven nights accommodation in twin bedroom with a person of the same sex, breakfast (Greek yoghurt with fruits, tea or coffee), lunch (salad with bread, wine or ouzo), three course dinner with wine or ouzo, tuition from 10 to 13 Sunday to Friday, literary discussions with focus on your and the other participants works with Tracy over lunch and dinner. If you book your writing holidays before Februay 15th you'll receive a free copy of Tracy's book Unleash the writer. In the event of cancellation by us in foreseen, or unforeseen, circumstances an alternative may be offered; if this is unsuitable to you, then a full refund of the holiday deposit or, in the case the full price of the course has been paid, will be given. The refund is for the course, not for flight tickets or other travel expenses, which you should make sure is covered by your travel insurance. We reserve the right to alter arrangements and programs due to factors beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, staff sickness, or any other problems where we deem such alteration to be in the best interests of our clients. If changes occur they will be made known to clients as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes to due to war, threat of war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial dispute, natural disasters, restrictions on international travel or adverse weather conditions. It is mandatory to have a full travel insurance to participate in any Kairos holiday course.Kairos and owner Tove Cecilie Fasting are not under any circumstances responsible for accidents, illnesses or injuries occurring during your stay or any illness, physical or mental, developing during or subsequent your Kairos holidays. We take all reasonable steps to prevent accidents and injury, but guests must assume responsibility for their own actions. Any excursions or activities are undertaken on your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to participants’ personal properties. We are not a travel agent and not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, or loss or damage of luggage. We can not refund your air plane ticket. Children brought along are the responsibility of the parents. Travel and health insurance is mandatory. Guests are kindly asked to leave their accommodation in a clean, orderly condition. All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and on a weekly basis, including the change of sheets and towels. The owner should be advised of any breakages immediately. Theft is considered absolutely unacceptable. Please do not take away any items from the property at the end of your stay, they do not belong to you. Any items missing will be considered as theft. Please treat the accommodation with respect. Any illicit damage will be charged for. If guests behaviour is found to be unacceptable, we, the owners, have the right to terminate the rental immediately, no refund will be due. Guests are kindly asked to abide by any rules and regulations set out by the property. We remind you of the Greek law of general silence between 15 am and 17 am, which means that you should not play music loudly or do other things that make so much noise that it will disturb other villagers, guests or the owner. If you have any questions on the standard please contact us in advance. The place and the writing course has been presented on the website as accurate as possible and we are not responsible for the unlikely possibility that it’s not up to your taste or expectations. This booking form is your contract with Kairos and governed by Greek law.
