Min Greske Taverna, mat og mennesker i Eleftheres, published autumn 2009, is a book with stories and recipes from our restaurant. Paradiso, a report from a Greek village is the account of how it all started. Or sort of. Because like any author I lie for the sake of a good story - and that´s why I didn´t dare calling the village in the book Eleftheres, but named it Paradiso instead.
