ROAD DIRECTIONSWhen you come from Bulgaria: The easiest shortest way from the Promachonas crossing: Pass Serres and continue towards Proti, the Alistrati caves and the village of Angistis. At Angistis you cross the railway lines and continue straight towards Nikisiani and ELEFTHEROUPOLIS. Drive into Eleftheroupolis until you hit the main road, here you turn right towards AKROUVOUNI. At Akrouvouni you turn left towards IRAKLITSA and PERAMOS. You´ll cross a small mountain and will arrive at a crossroad where there is a sign to the right towards ELEFTHERES. Continue until you come to the crossroad you see on the first picture (below) an follow the instructions with the pictures. The easiest shortest way from the Nevrokopi crossing: Go to Drama, then follow the road signs to KALAMPAKAKI and ELEFTHEROUPOLIS. From Thessaloniki:If you come from the airport:Drive out from the airport and straight across the first traffic light. In the next turn you turn left, towards Thessaloniki. You are now on the ring road around Thessaloniki. Follow the signs towards Kavala. You´ll eventually get onto the Egnatia highway towards Kavala.From the Egnatia Highway: Drive until you get to the signs to Kipia and ELEFTHEROUPOLIS and follow this road off the highway. Continue towards Eleftheroupolis, but in the village three kilometeres before, which is called AKROUVOUNI you turn right towards IRAKLITSA and PERAMOS. You´ll cross a small mountain and will arrive at a crossroad where there is a sign to the right towards ELEFTHERES. Continue until you come to the crossroad you see on the first picture (below) and follow the instructions with the pictures.
Here you turn right. This is the main road through the village.
Follow the main road to the right after this building.
Continue straight pass the church
Here you turn LEFT! On your right hand side there is a restaurant.
Continue straight ahead pass this house
