How to Create a Website Like This One

SBI Site Build It is the system for making websites that I have used to create this site.

Of course, when your run an hotel like I do, it´s essential to be on the internet (though you don´t need a hotel to make a website business!).

We would not have had a business without this website.

In 2009, we had to turn away people sometimes because it was full - and it was only our second year! We got all our bookings that year except one through the internet.

We don´t live in the middle of Tuscany or Provence, where there already are a lot of tourists, or on a Greek island, where I could go down to the harbor when the ferries arrive to pick up guests. (However, living in a place like that probably makes it even more important to have a great website).

I was thinking that for us to succeed, I would need to show people who have never been in this area and have never even heard about it how great it is. Plus, of course - how great my place is!:)

We build this place on a shoestring and it would have been impossible for us to spend thousands of euros on advertising. It would even be tough to pay someone else to create a website for us, especially since it needs frequently updating. (But it´s incredible how many people who run a business like ours who do exactly that!)

So, I wanted and needed to do it myself.

Also, I needed to make the site in a way that people who would search for a place to stay in this area would find me!. And believe me, that could have been the hardest part!

When I came across an article on the web about someone who had built a successful website using SBI Site Build It, I realized that was the way for me to go, too.

I get loads of positive feedback from my visitors about this website. It´s tempting to answer that the site is so great because I am a technical genius, a website pro and a born artist with an unmistakable eye for great design.

However, the truth is that anyone can make a site like mine. It´s dead easy!

Not only that, you can easily create your own business by making a website about anything you like - you don´t need a hotel to make a successful website!
