The idea of a "timeshare" swimming pool started as a joke, but the more we thought about it, the more we realized this was a win-win deal that would benefit everyone - you get a cheap holiday at a great place with a pool, we get the pool we otherwise couldn't afford right now!
One share is the equalent of one week's stay in one of the studios at Villa Lotus.
Two shares are the equalent of staying one week at Villa Kalypso.
One share only costs 259 euros, which is more than 25 percent off normal price!
Buy several shares - use one or more in 2009, one or more in 2010 - give away one, sell one, invite friends or family - there are lots of possibilities! With four shares you and a bunch of friends or family members can have a great vacation together for a week. Why not celebrate your wedding anniversary, birthday or other important occassion with your loved ones for a week or two here?
You need to option your share/shares by December 1st and be prepared to pay before Christmas. And that should get us a pool for next spring/summer! Won't that be just GREAT!
